Michael Molloy was a MA student in the Department of Geography and Geospatial Sciences at Kansas State University. His masters thesis work focused on adaptation planning in Coastal Louisiana with an emphasis on community involvement in planning related to future flooding and sea level rise. Michael worked as a summer graduate research assistant on the FEMA Buyout and Social Vulnerability projects in 2019. Michael completed his Master’s degree in Geography May 2020 and is currently a PhD student and graduate research assistant in the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oklahoma
